Ezekiel is three!!!
I never wanted my son to be born "with a job" but he sure made it a point to save me from myself. A baby changes EVERYTHING. I had no idea the depth of what being Ezekiel's mom would mean, but he continues to show me exactly the kind of mom he needs every day. Scrolling backwards through my newsfeed, watching my big kid shrink back into the memory of the tiny baby he was once was so beautiful. Going back to the beginning, how far we have come. The adventures, the late nights, the tears and the love that have filled these past three years is immeasurable. I am so thankful he chose me to be his mama. My wild child, my sweet spirited, spooky loving, energy healer. My Son, Ezekiel:
25 weeks :)
Oh, hiiiiiii little one <3
42 weeks, he was very cozy in there.
He decided on his own to meet us January 6th 2012 after 6 hours of labor, the world got brighter at 10:53 am.
For the first few months he wouldn't fall asleep unless I patted his bottom. And he could tell if I stopped, my hand muscles got HUGE.
This was his fattest day. He would stay this weight until he turned two.
Seriously fat.
And he chose to look exactly like his mama <3
My buddy and me :)
My First Mother's day!
And sometimes, it's like this...
Because you're two.
He's always the most well dressed. He knows exactly what he likes and has been picking out his clothes from early on. It's a treat every day when I see what he has chosen.
Ezekiel, your passion and sensitive spirit inspires me daily to be better. To be more aware of the world around me, to be more aware of myself. It is a beautiful thing to watch you live life genuinely. Thank you.
